SSVH is growing, and investing 5 million euros
Our Agency provided valuable assistance to SSVH (Société Savoisienne de Vérins Hydrauliques) as they sought to ensure the sustainability and long-term growth of their business.
Operating out of Albertville since 1928, SSVH and their 28 employees have worked on some of the most iconic projects around the world, such as the Pyramid at the Louvre, Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris and, more recently, the Odéon tower (Monaco), Singapore stadium, the Assiout dam (Egypt) and the coastal viaduct in La Réunion.
The company has developed a unique skill set in the field of high-pressure hydraulics (from 700 to 4,000 bars), allowing them to design, develop and manufacture almost all of the products they sell.
Their clients come from all over, ranging from transport (rail, maritime, air, etc.) and energy production (nuclear, hydroelectric, wind, etc.) to public construction (structural engineering, buildings, etc.), industry (filtration, chemicals, petrochemicals, steel production, sheet metalwork, etc.), heavy lifting, mechanical lifts, geotechnics and much more.
With the support of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises branch in Savoie, Arnaud and Alban Souquet, the directors of SSVH, finally decided to purchase land in the Terre Neuve district in Gilly-sur-Isère (Savoie). This will allow them to develop and ensure their growth and sustainability over the long term. The overall cost of this project comes to around 5 million euros (building, fixtures, equipment, miscellaneous costs), and includes the creation of 8 jobs. To assist them in their development, SSVH will receive a regional industrial investment subsidy of €309,952.
